Support Coordination may be allocated in a NDIS plan. It is “a capacity building support to implement all supports in a participant’s plan, including informal, mainstream, community and funded supports”.

We offer Support Coordination based on your needs and goals as identified in your plan. Our role is to assist you to find the right supports, we do this by listening to you and your relevant stakeholders and learn about your goals, we link you to service providers, disability specific or mainstream community services, we check all your service agreements to ensure you are getting the most value from your plan and resolve any points of crisis, we provide regular reports to the NDIA, keeping them informed of your NDIS journey.
