CQ Services provides support to adults and children by connecting them with needed resources and services in their communities.
CQ Services is a provider of Support Coordination and Plan Management to NDIS participants throughout the Brisbane Region.
CQ Services can help you get the best out of your NDIS plan. Your support coordinator will seek to really understand your goals and will explore with you what supports you need to achieve them. These may include paid services, activities available to anyone in the community, and identifying friends and family who can be a part of your support system.
CQ Services will help you navigate the service system and can assist you to develop service agreements with providers. If your NDIS plan provides for it, we can also help you put into place your scheduled support services. At CQ Services, we believe in empowering people to take control of their lives, and this means we will help you build the skills and confidence to manage your own plan in the future.
We offer three variations of support coordination to people with NDIS funding, including:
Support connection – Where we assist you to connect to NDIS-funded and mainstream services
Coordination of supports – Where we also coordinate your scheduled support services
